Chi`s Chinese Express in Little Rock

This has been my favorite Chinese food restaurant for many years even though I don't live as close as I would like to be able to eat there more often. They do a great job with take out too. . Love them and they do great egg good Yung which the local restaurants in my immediate area don't offer. But everything they serve is great!!

I accidentally sent my order to the wrong one. The guy refunded my order and made a new one. They were so very nice and helpful, i highly reccomend this place! Great food, great service!

I first off want to say the food is amazing! But however the customer service was not too good. I went inside today to grab my food and noticed some beer that I wanted to try. I asked if it was to go and a nice gentlemen said yes, as long as my id matches my card. So I handed them my card and a lady comes up & tells me, “we can not take this card. It is up & down” I stopped and asked why? She gave me no time in giving me explanation she just said no and it’s up & down. She took no time into looking that is CLEARLY says it expires in another 4 years, and I’m well over 21 years old. I’m 23. I politely grabbed my food and left. That threw me totally off guard. And makes no sense to me WHAT SO EVER. I feel like she also took a picture of my card too. Because she held her phone over my id and texted, THEN told me no. That is not okay. And made me feel very uncomfortable. And might I add ILLEGAL.

I ordered a Mongolian Beef and a Sesame Chicken through door dash. Received the order and the two soups had been attached together with a rubber band. 28.00 for a lunch special that I couldn't eat. Both entrees had been soaked in the soup.

I probably won't go back. I ordered the egg foo young and told them I wanted to eat in the restaurant. They made my food to go, didn't give me any utensils and there was something off about the sauce. The egg roll didn't seem like they freshly fried it, even though I waited for 20 minutes. The positive is that the egg food young was prepared to order and was plentiful. The restaurant was clean. I can understand why someone that lived close by would use them, but it's not worth going out of your way.
